Administrator with Reception Duties

About the Position

In the role of administrator with us, you will primarily work at the reception. You are the face of the authority and welcome employees and visitors. You will also work with the daily operations of the authority's premises, arrange conferences, purchase office supplies, and provide administrative support to management.

The job involves many points of contact and you will work closely with your colleagues. Your workday is varied, and new challenges constantly arise. You will also have the opportunity to take significant personal responsibility and help drive development within our internal services.

About You

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented and enjoys helping others. You are collaborative and thrive on interacting with many people at work. You adapt easily to new conditions and are used to taking significant personal responsibility for your tasks. We also expect you to have an eye for improvements and take the initiative to drive development.

We are looking for someone who has:

• a completed high school education
• several years of current experience in administrative work
• several years of current experience in reception work
• good experience working with digital systems
• good knowledge of Swedish and English.

It is advantageous for the position if you have:

• current experience working with local issues.

The employment is permanent with a six-month probationary period. Start date as soon as possible or by agreement. The place of employment is Kalmar. The job may involve business trips, primarily between Kalmar and Stockholm.

As the position is classified in a security class, Swedish citizenship is required. A security review with a background check according to the Security Protection Act will be conducted before employment.
